Maegan Brecher, LMSW, is a Clinical Therapist at Kids to Love. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of North Alabama in 2025, after spending eight years as a classroom teacher supporting children and families in Alabama’s public school system.

Driven by a passion for mental health and fostering meaningful change, Maegan enjoys supporting people with ADHD, working with adults who are making positive life changes through short-term, solution-focused, behavioral therapy, and is eager to grow her skills in
couples counseling.

Maegan was drawn to Kids to Love not only for its mission to serve children in foster care, but also for its commitment to giving back to the local community in creative and impactful ways. She is excited to be part of a team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children, families, and beyond.
