Jeff Wilhaucks joined Kids to Love as the Chief Administrative Officer in August 2024.

Prior to joining Kids to Love, Jeff worked as a Human Resources Manager in Defense Contracting for more than 23 years. Jeff retired in 2015 after serving 27 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard.

Jeff has been volunteering and serving at Kids to Love for over 20 years. He has a deep passion for serving children in foster care. Jeff is dedicated to advocating for children in need, ensuring they have the support and resources necessary to thrive. Jeff is continuously looking for ways to make a meaningful impact and is committed to making a difference both in the workplace and especially in the lives of children in foster care.

Jeff has lived in the Huntsville area for over 25 years. Jeff has been married to Lee for over 30 years they and have two beautiful daughters, Ella and Emma. They have two dogs, Ellie and Elton.
